Terms of Service

Plain-language terms for using JayCK Flow.

1. The service

JayCK Flow is a personal financial calendar: you enter your incomes, bills, and plans, and the app projects your future balance. Projections are estimates computed from what you enter. JayCK Flow is a planning tool, not financial advice — decisions you make based on it are your own.

2. Your account and your passphrase

An account (email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Google) is optional and only needed for sync. If you enable sync, your data is encrypted on your device before upload using a passphrase that only you know. We cannot recover your passphrase or decrypt your synced data. If the passphrase is lost, the encrypted copy stored on our servers cannot be restored — keep your passphrase safe. Your data remains available on devices where it is stored locally.

3. Subscription

• Sync uploading requires the JayCK Flow Premium auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple ID.
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID settings → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• All purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies. JayCK Flow does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
• If the subscription lapses, uploading pauses but downloading your synced data keeps working — your data is never held hostage.

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break authentication or encryption, no disrupting the service for others, no use that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that attack the service.

5. Your content and our intellectual property

Your data is yours. Your budget data belongs to you. We claim no rights to it, and we cannot access or use your financial data because it is encrypted before upload. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

Our app is ours. JayCK Flow — including the app, its source code, design, user interface, logo, and the name "JayCK Flow" — is owned by JAYCIKEY LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your personal use, subject to these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, and features may change. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance.

7. Limitation of liability

JayCK Flow does not provide accounting, tax, investment, banking, or financial advisory services. It is a personal planning tool only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JayCK Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial outcomes of decisions made using the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account in-app at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
